Description

Begin lying on your back on the mat, arms by your side and legs extended at 45 degrees with your toes pointed out. As you exhale, pull your belly in and squeeze your butt as your roll the pelvis up and over your head. Stop the movement once the legs are parallel to the floor. Flex your feet as your slowly roll the spine back down to the floor using your arms and palms to help control the movement. Only bring your legs as low as you can before your lower back lifts off the mat. Squeeze your legs together and repeat.
