Stand tall. Inhale, bend your knees and sweep your arms up. Exhale, bring your palms together at your chest. Twist your torso to the right, and draw your left elbow to the outside of your right knee. Then, draw your hands straight out so the they are perpendicular to the ground. Breathe.
