Description

Start on your hands and knees on the floor. Tuck your toes underneath you and lift your knees slightly off of the floor. Lift your right hand up so that your bodyweight is on the left hand only. Sweep your left leg to the right side of the room as you rotate your body to the right. Begin to criss-cross your legs by adding a jump in between switches. Pump your free arm to aid in balance and momentum. Switch sides after a few reps.
