Description

On a flat bench place dumbbell on each side. Place right leg on top of the end of the bench and place right hand on other end for support. Use left hand to pick up dumbbell while keeping your lower back straight. Pull straight up to the side of your chest then lower back down. Do so for the amount of reps required then switch sides
