Description

Stand facing a chair with the affected leg foot resting on it. The hip and knee should be approximately in a 90/90 position.  Keeping the core and glutes engaged, flex the affected hip further, lifting the foot off the chair.  Slowly return the foot to the chair and repeat the exercise.
