Description

Lie on your back with your legs resting on top of a stability ball about hip-width apart and arms at your sides. With your legs straight, squeeze the ball with your legs. Slowly lift the ball off of the floor, hinging at the hip and contracting your core as you bring your legs up to a 90 degree angle to the floor. Lower your legs back down and repeat.
