Description

Kettlebells are an efficient and powerful tool to gain strength, build muscle, and burn fat all at the same time. The Kettlebell: Stabilize program will build familiarity with basic kettlebell movements, develop cardiovascular fitness, and address all of the fundamental human movements. You will need 3-4 different size bells, a light, moderate, and heavy bell. As you go through these sessions, make sure to rest as needed and never let fatigue degrade your form.
