Description

Stand with your legs shoulder width apart. Bring both hands directly over your head and join them together in a prayer pose. Bring your hands by your left ear while moving your hip out to the left. Return to the starting postion and repeat on the opposite side. Try mixing it up by moving hips in the opposite side of your hands!
