Description

Lie on your belly with your arms stretched overhead and hovering parallel to the ground. Bring your legs together and point your toes away from your body. Rock your legs up off the ground while simultaneously drawing your tailbone towards the ground. Then, lift your abs and head up and catch yourself on your palms, lowering your legs into a sphinx pose. Continue rocking forward and back.
