Description

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent. With straight arms begin raising one arm in front of you then behind you. Once the first arm passes your head begin raising the other arm, doing the same motion as the first. Once you've got the arm motions down begin to feel the beat by bouncing your knees at the same time.
