Description

Start standing. Inhale, bend your knees and sweep your arms up. Exhale, bring your palms together at your chest. Twist your torso to the left, and draw your right elbow to the outside of your left knee. Then, draw your hands straight out so the they are perpendicular to the ground. Hold with confidence.
