Description

Start in a squatted position with knees all the way flexed and heels off of the floor. Create a small imaginary box around you. Place your right hand down on the floor in the upper right corner of the box. Now switch to the left hand in the upper left corner. Switch to the right hand in the back right corner of the box and then the left hand in the back left corner.
