Hey girl. Lots of squats, lunges,and minimal cardio if u still want the junck inthe trunck if u know what i mean.sprinting is good couse it could be half the hour of its better than 1 hour in my opinion.hope this helpz

Also girl when u sprint or jog or run u r using your core, abs bonus 2 aint that?
