Hey, I'm new here and I don't know anything at all. I'm so bad with exercises and things like that. I just wanted to ask if there's like an exercise that would help me jump high. I know it seems stupid but is there really an exercise that would help?

Squats, jumping jacks , and lunges!! SUPPER EASY and great for beginners (like me, don't worry I know how u feel. I'm new too)

Try doing knee touch jumps or platform jumps. To do a knee touch jump,bring your knees up to your hands while jumping in place. To do a platform jump, find a object that is suitable and not over estimative that you can jump on using both feet at the same time, as you progress and feel more comfortable add thinner objects to the original to make it taller. Remember, don't push your bodies boundaries too far or you could end up hurting yourself. Hope the advice helps
