Just click workouts and you can click filter and choose time ,section you wanna target ,intensity , and whet equipment you have then just pick one and go haha good luck

I'm kind of new to this as well but I found it to be pretty straight forward...? I wish I could explain it all in a way that makes sense lol good luck...
