I am doing two work out in the morning: Morning&Night Time Blast, and Get Abs Fast! I also do Morning&Night Time Blast, and Upper Body Pusher at night. I only take in 2000 calories a day. I am 6'1 male, and a little over weight. Could I get in shape in 5 weeks each work out is 31 minuets long. So I work out 61 minutes a day. If not 5 weeks then how long would it possibly take to get in shape?
