Cannot access pro features

I've bought it, it won't start but when I click to buy it again it says already purchased they've charged me the whole year for this and I'm being ignored this happened to anybody else ?

Have you tried logging out and in again? and deleting the app?

I figured out what it was my s health needed updating and then it automatically did it
