Okay so i need help on what to do to lose stomach fat Im currently working out 5 days a week. But I’m having a hard time with diet! Any tips nutrition/workout wise?

Eat plenty of pineapple and when you finish a Ab work out, you must feel sore if not, try working out with a better posture and in a eccentric way.

There is no way to remove fat from just one area of the body unless you do it through surgery. "Abs are made in the kitchen" is the most accurate statement ever. It is all in what you eat, you need to eat healthy, whole foods, count your calories, macros and micros. You need to burn more calories than you consume and run a caloric deficit. The person above who said eat pineapple is incorrect and silly.

To lose belly fat will mean losing fat all over. From my experience and research... the best way to achieve this is to increase the amount of cardio you do aswell as looking at a healthier diet. If you're not breathing heavy or sweating at the end of your workout, you should be...
