Hi guys
I am sick and can't do any workout
Is it wrong to stop training until I get over?

Its better if u dont do any workout while u r sick because ur body is already weak and it needs to recover. U can resume once ur back to normal. :-)

it all depends on the severity though. However...
if youre sick of your sickness, then go workout.
if you are trying really hard to get better, don't workout.
do what makes you happy.
