Hello I am new in this program please help me I want to lose 20 kilos what can I do I know it's difficult

I found at the start of my journey that keeping a food journal and letting my family know about my goals really helped. My fitness pal is what I use. Free app v useful. Do not give up. When it seems too hard know it's your head messing with you. Good luck

Start with dropping out soda and drink lots of water start detoxification on your body:-)
