I've just started working out again a few days ago after two years of doing nothing more than either sitting or lying down due to a work related injury. My job is very physically demanding and I used to be a cardio monster running up and down mountains with 20lbs of gear on.
Now I have to start from the beginning again. My foundation isn't too bad but I need to bring my core back up to speed and increase stamina and endurance. Can anyone recommend programs that start moderate but ramp up or something they think would be good for me?

Theres not that many programs. It takes like a minute to scroll though them all. They are all great!

When I look at the programs they just say what general areas they cover and intensity. I was hoping to hear from people that have already completed them for their recommendations. I can't see what the actual workouts are beforehand.
