My upper stomach is starting to show"abs" but my lower part of my stomach isn't. Also i wanted to work on my thighs and arm strength. What are some good work outs?

Do more cardio to burn fat. It well help

Lower abs are going to take a long time. If your a beginner you have a long ways to go. Those muscles don't start to show around sub 10 % body fat. Just keep working out you'll get there.
