HELP!!! Any good butt, lower body and stomach toning workouts? I have no workout machines or weights so is there any workouts I could do without weights or is there anything that could replace them????

Squats, lunges, planks, leg extensions, fire hydrants, burpees to name a few. There are lots of workouts here that have these exercises in them.

You can go to YouTube and look up videos of the exercise you want to work on.

Start with briskly walk . Then go ahead with med running and lower exercises.
