I had to see a dr. today for extremely painful knots in my right bicep and shoulder. I'm supposed to rest it (which is crazy difficult as I'm right handed) and got a script for Tylenol lol. Anyway, I need some good workouts that aren't going to require me to use my right arm and shoulder. Any help is greatly appreciated

Try squats

Thanks for th suggestion! I'm going to try to switch it up with some things that require very little arm movement or I can do with one arm. So far:
Drop squats
split squats
hamstring kickbacks
lateral leg lifts

If anyone else thinks of anything I can do or that maybe I can do to reduce the swelling in my arm let me know. Thanks again

I was told to do something called Stir the Pot. NOT the one on this app. :-) You bend at the waist so your arms dangle and move the arm around as if stirring a large pot. Reverse direction after a few circles. It works the shoulder gently.
