Hey, I was wondering if you guys and gals could give me some tips on how to lose some weight on the belly area. I really want to lose all my belly fat, but I have tried for a year now trying to get rid of it. Please help! Thanks, peace and love!

Okay so I will give 3 effective tips if u want to reduce belly fat:
1.clean diet or u at least greatly reduce fats and salts
2.do ur cardio and just after ur ab workout and not everyday but every other day
3.be regular

Thanks man, and what type of cardio workouts are best to do? I hardly do that kind of workout so I'm clueless on that part. Lol
