I have been trained professionally since 2012 and have been passionate about fitness since I was 12 years old. Sports coach, fitness coach & life coach. Keeping your life balance up through the Christmas season (yes, I said the C word) can be very difficult. - But there are great ways in which to keep it up through the 'trimming treats'. - It's all about calorie balance. If you eat a little too big for the special day, then knock some calories off the next 4 days to match your goal. Medium-term calorie balance. - It takes the pressures and restrictions off your diet. - Fall in love with food whilst maintaining your love with your lifestyle! - ✌

Many coaches will say that 'abs are made in the kitchen'. I prefer the term 'Health is made in the kitchen'. It's all about balance. That super intense 90 minutes in the gym counts as nothing but fatigue and soreness if the other 22hours and 30 minutes aren't accounted for in the kitchen. Calorific balance, smart programming for your fitness, plenty of sleep and mindfulness training will turn you into a vessel of progress & success. As coaches, we are always trying to innovate and create, whilst also putting our own unique flare on fitness for the clients. I have taking this heavily to heart and and creating 'The Project'. A body, mind and soul conditioning project that will help you in all aspects of your life, forever. Not just a 1-hour session kinda coach. I coach you, you learn, you then coach.
