Many coaches will say that 'abs are made in the kitchen'. I prefer the term 'Health is made in the kitchen'. It's all about balance. That super intense 90 minutes in the gym counts as nothing but fatigue and soreness if the other 22hours and 30 minutes aren't accounted for in the kitchen. Calorific balance, smart programming for your fitness, plenty of sleep and mindfulness training will turn you into a vessel of progress & success. As coaches, we are always trying to innovate and create, whilst also putting our own unique flare on fitness for the clients. I have taking this heavily to heart and and creating 'The Project'. A body, mind and soul conditioning project that will help you in all aspects of your life, forever. Not just a 1-hour session kinda coach. I coach you, you learn, you then coach. This, in turn, helps the next generation of clients. The world becomes a better place. I'm so exciting to get this project going! Keep your eyes peeled and watch this space! ✌💪

3 days per week? 4 days per week? 5 days per week? 6 days per week? We all have an opinion on the matter of how often we should train. But, it all boils down to how you train, what style you use and ultimately, your goals. I do a 5 day cycle. Upper, Lower, Push, Pull, R&R. These 5 will always work in my favour as one 3-cycle, I will do an upper-lower 4-day split. The next 3-week cycle? Push-Pull combos and R&R sessions. Just remember, do whatever works for you! Not the big guy next to you! 💪
