I have stumbled across and old fitness blog I started nearly 2 years ago! Wow that was some inexperienced stuff right there! Ha Either way, I am getting back on that horse and going to upload what I can, when I can. These blog updates can range from photos, things I am currently doing, training, stories and even a little diary entry from now-and-then. Who knows what I will be feeling? So today is the day that I get back on the horse! (metaphorically, as horses dislike me). Not feeling as good as before but I am feeling much better at the moment. Can't just wait for me to feel 100% before getting back. It's time I pushed even harder! Thank you, everyone, for being patient with me. Everday Fitness has returned and the goal is the stay! Peace! It feels great when people follow you. But I'd like to mention that a lot of people on skimble don't bother with Facebook. you can get trapped in a scroll of rubbish before you realise 20 minutes have gone by of unconstructiveness. This is where it's at for fitness. Thanks for your support.

Want to reduce my weight and for that I have started to work out. Being a lady I want to wear my dollboxx and get onto it for the summer very soon. Beach parties are going to start and My weight is just about to reduce. I am waiting eagerly to get into my bikini.
