Did your friends convince you to sign up for a mud run this year and now you need to get in shape so you can beat them to the finish line? Whether you'll be taking part in a Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, Warrior Dash or any other epic mud run, this will get you ready for any obstacle in your path! These workouts include bodyweight and dumbbell exercises with an emphasis on endurance training. For extra credit (and if you have a pull up bar) do some pull ups at the end of each workout, start with 3 and add 1 more after each workout.
