What is about Jogging? Do I get a smaller Bottom by jogging? My friend told me this, but I don't really believe her because I do belly, legs and Butt training , too... but is she right... or does even happen the opposite of what she said, if I do both (jogging and belly, legs and butt training) or does it have the same effect on my bottom if I leave out the jogging? ...

It all comes down to the intensity in which you are jogging and for how long. If you are worried about losing the shape of your bum I suggest you start doing hill sprints, this will help.

Jogging will help burn calories and excess fat promoting weight lose and toning of legs and glutes ( bum) and core

Jenifer, it depends really,  like other people have said, on what you do
Jogging and running is a cardio excersize, so it will get your heart rate up and burn off calories. Long distance runners tend to burn calories and keep their body frame light, whereas sprinters tend to have a more muscular frame. I think you will definitely lose weight and your body will become more toned after regular jogging (as long as you eat right too ) so I guess it could tone your butt over time XD
