Doe this app really work like they say it should?
This app is only one part of your fitness routine. You've got to eat right and have the determination to carry on even if things get a bit boring or difficult. Other people on here are very helpful with answers and motivation. It depends on how much you want to put in as to how much you get out from it.
Yes, with focus, effort and hard work, I think it works. Loads of great workouts on here, do loads of them and you will get fit and feel great. :-)
I really like some of the workouts, and it's cool how you can schedule them. I don't do much with the forums or points though.
