Description

This mini series has been created to compliment a casual or hardcore running routine. It is important as a runner to maintain leg muscle strength and flexibility in order to prevent running related injuries. Although this is a mini series, these are the perfect workouts for you to incorporate into your long term running plan to stay strong. This well rounded series of workouts includes dynamic warm up movements, core strength, lower body stabilization, strength exercises, and flexibility. All you need for this program is a pair of moderate and heavy weighted dumbbells and a chair, box or bench. Get ready, get set, run strong!
