For this workout you will need a standard deck of playing cards.
Hearts are: push ups,
Diamonds are: V up crunches
Clubs are: burpies
Spaids are: squats.
Shuffle up the deck, flip over a card your exercise is determined by the suit and your reps by the card value( 2-10, face cards are 10, an ace is 11 reps). By the end of the deck you will have done 95 reps of each. Mix in a joker for added fun and when it comes up do all the exercises for 5 reps, then you'll have 100 reps for all. Enjoy!
