Description

I created this to start getting prepared for basic military training. Stretching is important so I made sure I had that in here. For basic training you need to be able to do a set amount of push-ups, sit-ups, and run time. If you're not use to exercising regularly, then you will be sore after this. The push-ups and sit-ups really got me.
