Description

Perform the strength exercise and immediately after finishing the rep do the cardio exercise that follows. Repeat this until you have completed the required sets. Example: Dumbbell squats do 9 reps then immediately after, do 1 minute of Jumping Lunges. Repeat this until you have done 3 sets of all. Keep the cardio part at a high intensive rate.
