Description

We've got a collection of plyometric movements here for your enjoyment. Plyometric exercises are characterized as explosive movements and that's what we'd like for you to do: perform the movements all out with as much explosiveness as you can muster while keeping form. We've incorporated adequate breaks for recovery so you can go back at it with full force. You'll need a bench, ledge or box for a few of the exercises here. Ready, set, explode!
