Increase weight and do for weeks 5-8. I've changed the exercises to work same muscles but may develop new ones. If you don't know an exercise, look it up on the Internet. 8 reps @ least. To be done once a week. (once a week do workout 1-4) To tone you up in 13 weeks...March 20th marks the 1st day of spring!
I recommend keeping a journal, especially if you want accountability. Thats why I wrote the topic "My 13 week challenge" people see it and comment sometimes but it's really just for me...I get help and motivation sometimes. The hardest part is my goal is to gain muscle and lose some weight but my diet has been the hardest part. I P.M.'d you. You can ask any questions. If I can do it you can do it. I am motivated because I was feeling fat and ugly and was in pain ALL the time...I am tired of feeling pain and am still working on changing that. So I guess my motivation is being fed up with feeling "bad". I want to feel pretty, healthy and NOT in pain. Good luck, I will try and help if I can. Btw what are your goals?

I'm not a trainer or knowledgeable really so I'm not sure how great these workouts are. You might get better results from Scotty K ' s " Dare to shred" or" Dare to Shred again"
Hi Ali. I was looking for the other Spring Physique workouts you created, but I can no longer find them. I only see SP3. I saw them before, but not now.
Do this workout with the best exercise equipment. We recommend using a bluetooth chest strap heart rate monitor or a smartwatch for more training optimization & performance tracking.
