The session starts with a warm up, followed by some activation exercises to prepare you for squatting. The circuit at the end is designed to be a 12 minute workout. The app will not let me write it in that way so I've used 3 rounds as a guide. If you can do more than 3 rounds in 12 minutes then definitely do so :-)
