31-day squat challenge. It's NEVER too late to start! Picture with details can be found on my skimble page. To briefly give you an idea, Day 1 starts off with 100 squats and then the last day will be 400 squats (yikes!). Squats do NOT have to all be done in 3 minutes like I have added under the workout (it's just for logging purposes only). Take as much time as needed. Also, you get a 'rest day' every 5 days throughout the challenge. You are not obligated to do just regular squats, you can mix it up to your own liking! Challenge that booty of yours and let's get to squattin'!! :-D
Do this workout with the best exercise equipment. We recommend using a bluetooth chest strap heart rate monitor or a smartwatch for more training optimization & performance tracking.
