Description

Starting off with a rack run for the biceps.Select a weight which you can perform 8 reps with.Once you reach failure drop the weight and curl on until you fall again.Repeat this process 3 times.On the fourth set select the smallest weight you have and curl on to failure.Now it's time to show some love to the back of your arms.Follow the same process as above.
