Description

Pick the appropriate campus rung size for you. You should be able to do 5 pull-up on the rung that you select. If you are not able to do 5 pull ups on the largest rung then this workout is not appropriate. There are 12 rounds in this workout. Feel free to pick the campus movements that you would like to work on. My typical session is: 1 ladder, 1 skip one ladder, 2 1-2-max-match, 2 1-3-max-match, 2 1-4-max-match, 2 staggered max move (3x per rep), 2 staggered lock-offs (3x per rep)
