Pretty simple routine to learn but possibly hard to master. I created this with no rest in between so there should be no kneeling into different plank positions. Do this workout 3X a week for a stronger core. I really dont know if this is moderate or intense so leave feedback please. Btw this is my 1st workout I created.
Do this workout with the best exercise equipment. We recommend using a bluetooth chest strap heart rate monitor or a smartwatch for more training optimization & performance tracking.
