Increase weight and do for weeks 5-8. I've changed the exercises to work same muscles but may develop new ones. If you don't know an exercise, look it up on the Internet. 8 reps @ least. To be done once a week. (once a week do workout 1-4) To tone you up in 13 weeks...March 20th marks the 1st day of spring!
