Description

It's easy to neglect general flexibility training, BUT it is just as important as cardio and strength training in terms of overall health, well being, and repair from exercise. No breaks, no transitions included, I have deliberately given extra time to give time to move into stretches or poses, the longer you hold a stretch the better it is for the muscles involved, there should be a feeling of stretching but no pain, breathe deeply and controlled, keep water handy to sip as required.
