Description

Timer can be used for most exercises, aiming for 150 reps per round. 50 reps should be completed using lightest weight, rack em up so that you end up on 10 reps at max weight...In round 2 start with your max at 10 reps and start decreasing weight back till you end up on 50 reps lightest weight
