Description

fourABS is a casual version of our eightABS workout. This workout is composed of four ab exercises. If you are a beginner or just getting back into the swing of things (and your abs have possibly forgotten what muscular contraction feels like) you might want to start here. After repeating this workout several times until you are comfortable with it, you can then move on to the more difficult eightABS workout.
