Eventually, this will become easy, but only if I stick with it.

It was a gorgeous warm sunny morning. Because this workout is essentially in thirds, I took the first 10 minute walk-jog going south on the Gordon Park walkway, then turned north and ran down beside the river, turned around and did the last 2/8 combo going north on the path.

First time for this workout, transition from Running for Beginners. I did find the longer stretches of running really tired me out, and I felt some pain in my shins. But - no pain, no gain. The fact I keep getting out of bed in the morning to do this is the most important part.
